What types of products do you sell?
Broadly speaking, we sell a vast array of home furnishing products. More specifically, that breaks down into five categories:
- Windows – Blinds, curtains, tiebacks and curtain poles
- Bedding – Bed linen, bedspreads, duvets and mattress protectors
- Bathroom – Towels, bathmats, bath sets and shower curtains
- Living – Cushions, blankets, throws, rugs and mats
- Dining – Tablecloths, table runners, seat pads, napery, napkins and tea towels
What is the minimum order?
There isn’t one. To make things as simple as possible, we don’t have a minimum order. So, you can keep your business stocked up no matter how little you need. However, if you order over £400, you can take advantage of free shipping across the UK mainland.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on all orders over £400. For anything below £400, it’s a set cost of £11 any mainland UK address, keeping things as simple as possible for our customers.
Do you deliver outside of the UK mainland?
As well as mainland England, Wales and Scotland, we deliver to the following areas:
- Isle of Wight
- Highlands and Islands of Scotland
- Norther Ireland
- Isle of Man
- Isles of Scilly
For anybody outside these areas, such as mainland Europe or further afield, we can either deliver to UK-based shipping company of your choice. In this case, simply use their address when making a purchase.

What sectors do you cover?
We work with businesses in a wide range of sectors, including – but absolutely not limited to:
- Hospitality and leisure
- Property development
- Public sector buildings

- Brick and mortar stores
In other words, we can supply home furnishings to businesses in any sector. Crucially, we offer the same support, great prices and high-quality products, whatever the sector.
How do I buy from your site?
To buy from our online store, you’ll first need to Login or Register online. This will allow you to access our entire product portfolio.
Once you’ve registered, your application will be approved by a member of our team. From there, you’ll be able to start making proforma purchases – paying at the point of ordering.
Can I get credit?
Absolutely. Customers can apply for credit once they have made five proforma transactions through our website. All we ask for is a bit of information about your company and two references from companies you’ve traded with.
Once your application has been approved by our team, you can place orders which will be invoiced at the end of each month with 30-day payment terms.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes between one and three working days. Naturally, this can be affected by the time of day you order, how large the order is and whereabouts you’re based.
If there are any delays with you’re order, we’ll let you know as soon as we can. Rest assured, our team are always on hand if you encounter any issues too.
Where are you based?
Our main office and warehouse are based in Tottenham, North London, just a few minutes from the heart of the capital. However, we also have a strong presence in major manufacturing hubs across the globe. That includes a dedicated operations team for the Far East region.
How much can I order?
Working with hundreds of repeat customers including large chain stores and institutions, we ship over 7,000 products daily. In other words, there’s no order too big for our team to handle. If you’re looking to make an exceptionally large order, feel free to get in touch with our team.
